About Me

Prospective IT specialist for application development with a focus on object-oriented software development. Solid knowledge in Java, Kotlin (incl. Android) and modern frontend technologies. Structured, reliable way of working and high demand for clean, maintainable code.

I treat code as a long-term asset: readable structure and consistent patterns matter more to me than quick fixes. I like to finish what I start and keep quality consistent.

I learn by doing and by reading documentation and code. When something is unclear, I dig in until I understand the cause, not just the fix.

I communicate clearly about progress and blockers. I’m comfortable asking questions and giving feedback in a direct, constructive way.

I break problems into smaller steps, check assumptions, and prefer simple solutions that are easy to change later.

Projects

Gebäudemanagement Marx

Live

The goal was to build a professional, accessible website for the local building management company Marx. The site should clearly present services and company profile, build trust, and offer contact options, with a focus on usability across devices, clear structure, and straightforward maintenance.

Problem

  • The company already had a WordPress site that was outdated in design and technology and no longer met requirements for presentation and reliability.
  • Content and structure had to be redefined and set up properly.
  • Site had to work well on mobile and load quickly.
  • Deployment had to be simple and reproducible.

Solution

  • Structured information architecture and design in Figma with client feedback.
  • React + TypeScript SPA with semantic HTML and responsive layout.
  • Docker-based build and deployment for consistent hosting.
  • Focused on accessibility (contrast, focus, structure) and performance.

My Contribution

Together with my colleague Oliver Aciu: he led the research and was key in client communication. I was responsible for design in Figma, implementation, Docker setup, and deployment.

Fewozeno – Booking & Occupancy Plan

Internal tool

Fewozeno manages 90+ vacation rentals and needed a central digital solution for bookings and occupancy. Many processes were manual or scattered; the goal is a single source of truth that simplifies planning and allocation and fits into existing workflows.

Problem

  • Occupancy plans are currently still maintained entirely on paper – Fewozeno is an established company and aims to drive digitalization from 2026 onward.
  • Many properties with no single source of truth for availability.
  • Manual coordination was error-prone and time-consuming.
  • Solution had to fit existing workflows.

Solution

  • Central data model for properties, bookings, and occupancy.
  • Overview and calendar-style views for quick orientation.
  • Structured input and validation to reduce errors.
  • Ongoing iteration based on real usage and feedback.

My Contribution

Full-stack design and implementation: data model, backend logic, and frontend for the booking and occupancy views. Work in progress.
